We get on a regular basis new toys to help us with diagnostics, monitoring, etc. Overall they help make our jobs easier, and better at helping your pets. There is always a period of time that we have to make adjustments to using them, and that can create some headaches.
One of our most recent additions was a new phone system, (our last one succumbed to a power surge). The new system was supposed to have all sorts of bells and whistles. The first problem was the system not picking up on wekends and holidays. Once that problem got fixed, then the system was not "rolling over", ie. not letting us answer more than one line. People were getting a busy signal all day. After a month of daily calling, talking to numerous tech people, reconfiguring our system, I think we have it working properly! Of course, without being able to do all of the bells and whistles, but doing what we need for it to do.
Thank you for your patience!
Hopefully the next upgrade we get will go much smoother.:)
